PSG.LGD officially announced that they have parted ways with Zhao “XinQ” Zixing and Zhang “Faith_bian” Ruida.

According to the Chinese esports organization’s post on Weibo, both players departed from the team after their contracts expired during the DPC’s offseason period after The International 11.

While Faith_bian already stated throughout his TI11 run that he was retiring after the season, XinQ’s choice not to re-sign with the team was a surprise.

The decision “follows the wishes of our player, respecting his need for personal development, and had gone through several internal discussions,” according to PSG.LGD’s written statement, as translated by ONE Esports.

PSG.LGD will field two new players in the next DPC season

Amongst other accolades, PSG.LGD won the WePlay AniMajor, OGA Dota PIT Invitational, and the Riyadh Masters 2022, as well as placing second at The International 10.

Together with Wang “Ame” Chunyu, Cheng “NothingToSay” Jin Xiang, and Zhang “y`” Yiping achieved an incredible 70.13 percent win rate in the 462 pro games they played together, according to DatDota.
