After 13 years, TSM FTX finally has a Dota 2 team.

North American organization TSM FTX, known for its long-running League of Legends team, announced its entry into NA Dota 2 by picking up one of the region’s best teams, Team Undying, with a video.

Team Undying was formed during the Dota Pro Circuit 2021, establishing themselves as one of the best and most consistent teams in NA Dota, alongside Evil Geniuses and Quincy Crew. The roster combined David “MoonMeander” Tan Boon Yang and Kim “DuBu” Doo-young’s veteran leadership with a cosmopolitan spread of young talent from Peru, Canada, and the Czech Republic.

The team has resisted shuffling their roster, even after The International 10. Undying was just one game off the upper bracket after an excellent group stage, but eventually lost a best-of-one to Fnatic that saw them knocked out of the tournament in tied-13th place.

It won’t take long for fans to see the newly minted TSM FTX Dota 2 roster in action at the DPC NA 2021/2022 Tour.

As one of four NA teams qualified for the Winter Regional Finals—with Quincy Crew, Evil Geniuses, and 4Zoomers—TSM FTX will be competing for 380 DPC points and US$100,000 from February 18 to 20.
