It seems that acquiring an MPL PH import is paying dividends for one particular team.

The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Indonesia Season 10 (MPL ID Season 10) regular season is reaching its halfway point, and certain players have already started to make their mark.

According to the stats on the MPL ID website, players such as Aura Fire’s Usep “Facehugger” Satiawan and EVOS Legends’ Hafizhan “Clover” Hidayatullah have dominated the midlane and gold lane, respectively, with exceptional KDA.

A number of talented jungle players are also in the spotlight this season, such as RRQ Hoshi’s Albert “Alberttt” Iskandar, Alter Ego’s Eldin “Celiboy” Putra, and Aura Fire’s Jordan “High” Sumual. However, it is ONIC Esports and MPL PH import Kairi “Kairi” Rayosdelsol who has put on the best performance so far.

Stats reveal Kairi tops the KDA charts so far at MPL ID Season 10

In the fifth week of the regular season, Kairi ranks third in total kills with 65, and second in assists with 116. Aura Fire’s High dominates both categories with 75 kills and 136 assists. However, High also had the most deaths this season with 61, while Kairi has half of that.

His ability to stay alive most of the time is impressive considering that he has shifted to playing tank heroes such as Akai and Balmond more often this season.

Even though he is the meat shield of the yellow hedgehog in most games, he had the second lowest average deaths per game at 1.25, next to his teammate EXP laner Muhammad “Butsss” Sanubari who has 0.83 average deaths per game, the lowest so far in the league.

And he’s not just the only one doing the hard work. Despite his high kill and assists count, Kairi only ranked sixth in kill participation at 21% and seventh in average kills at 2.71 per game. This means that his teammates aren’t heavily reliant on his star power, reflected in their objective-focused playstyle.

He has the highest average KDA so far at 6.03 in 24 games. Second on the list is Geek Fam’s Jaymark “Janaaqt” Lazaro (4.90 in 14 games) and RRQ Hoshi’s Albert “Alberttt” Iskandar (4.03 in 22 games).

While KDA isn’t the only indicator of Kairi’s impact in a game, it does mean that he is getting a lot of kills and assists with minimal deaths.

ONIC Esports is currently on top of the standings with a 7-2 record. They are also currently on a four-series win streak, and have already taken down powerhouse teams RRQ Hoshi and Aura Fire.

They will next face Geek Fam on Saturday, September 17, at 1 p.m. GMT+8. Follow ONE Esports on Facebook for more MPL news and updates.
