The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Philippines Season 10 (MPL PH Season 10) regular season may still be in its final week, but six teams have already secured a slot in the playoffs.

The competition is already stacked. Two-time MPL PH champions Blacklist International are back in the playoffs after missing out last season. The team is spearheaded once again by dynamic duo Johnmar “OhMyV33nus” Villaluna and Danerie John “Wise” Del Rosario, who just returned to the team after taking a season-long break.

And after failing to qualify for two seasons in a row, Bren Esports have found their footing again. Under the leadership of veteran coach Francis “Duckey” Glindro, the young squad scored huge upsets against defending champion RSG PH and Blacklist International.

There is also new talent to watch out for. ONIC PH were the team with the biggest roster shakeup in the offseason, dropping most of their players and acquiring a completely new squad from the amateur scene. That move paid off handsomely, as the team became the first to secure a playoffs spot.

Moonton has yet to reveal the official format or schedule. That said, the third to sixth-seeded teams played in a single-elimination bracket last season. The first and second-seeded teams received a round-bye and went straight to the second round, which followed a double-elimination format.

At stake is a $150,000 prize pool and a spot at the M4 World Championship to be held in Bali, Indonesia early next year.
