The MPL PH Season 12 playoffs will see the grand finalists secure a slot at the M5 World Championship, which will be held in the Philippines later this year.

Furthermore, the top four teams will secure a slot at the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Invitational 2023 (MPLI 2023), held in Indonesia in November.

M4 world champions, ECHO, secured the top spot in the regular season with an impressive 11-3 record. Following closely in the standings are IESF 2023 champions, AP Bren, who finished with a 7-7 record.

The playoffs will feature a hybrid elimination format.

Blacklist International, Smart Omega, ONIC PH, and RSG PH, will start off in the play-ins stage.

The next round will adopt a double-elimination format where all matches are played in best-of-fives.

ECHO and AP Bren, who finished first and second in the regular season, respectively, have been granted a bye and will start directly in the upper bracket semifinal.

The playoffs will culminate in a grand final, which will be a best-of-seven series.
