Meet Coven, the first all-female Valorant team from Alliance.

Coven is also the first women’s division for the Sweden-based esports organization, featuring a group of players from the EMEA region who previously competed under the banner, Chat Banned.

Under the Chat Banned banner, the team most recently took 5th-6th place at VCT Game Changers 2021 EMEA Series 3.

The players come from a diverse range of nations, including Russia, Scotland, Qatar, and France.



“Today we take a huge leap for Alliance as an organization and complete a personal dream of mine as we welcome our first all women’s division in Valorant Coven,” said Kelly Ong, Chief Strategy Officer.

“Coven is a division of fierce competitors who will represent the values we’ve been building in Alliance for years.”

They are managed and coached by Nico “Myagus” Gonzalez-Beltran and Aymeric “Izzy” Ast respectively.

Coven will take part in the Valorant Champions Tour qualifier, VRL France: Revolution qualifiers, and VCT Game Changers in January. They join other major organizations in fielding female Valorant rosters, including G2 Esports, Team Liquid, and TSM.
