This is the moment every ONIC PH fan is waiting for.

As the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Philippines Season 8 (MPL PH S8) draws near, ONIC PH announced that support Allen “Greed” Baloy has returned to the yellow hedgehog squad.

ONIC Greed, who was part of Dream High Gaming, which was later absorbed by ONIC PH in Season 4 after the team won a slot in the qualifiers, is now back and set to lead the organization’s revamped roster for the upcoming MPL PH S8 season.

ONIC PH’s creative announcement

Due to COVID-19 event restrictions, the team found a creative way of introducing the newcomers.

On their official Facebook page, they organized a video conference where every player was introduced via Discord.

ONIC Greed is hailed as one of the best supports in MPL PH. However, the Cavite-native was let go of ONIC PH before MPL PH Season 5 where he transferred to Sunsparks.

He was a big contributor when Sunsparks won the MPL PH trophy back in Season 5. However, they failed to get the trophy in the next two seasons after the team was bought over by Aura PH.

Aside from ONIC Greed, ONIC PH also secured the help of Laus Playbook Esports’ Nowee “Ryota” Macasa, Ian “Beemo” Sergio, and Cignal Ultra’s head coach Denver “Yebmaester” Miranda as its new tactician.
