MPL ID defending champion ONIC Esports announced its final roster for the upcoming Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Indonesia Season 9 (MPL ID Season 9), and one name stood out in the list.
The team signed Viorenita “Vior” Sutanto, the only female pro player who will be competing at Indonesia’s biggest Mobile Legends: Bang Bang tournament this season.
ONIC’s highly anticipated MPL ID Season 9 roster announcement
The MPL ID defending champions first posted the roster announcement on their Instagram page, revealing that only one player last season, Adriand Larsen “Drian” Wong, was dropped from the roster.
Taking his place is Vior, the second female pro player to compete in the prestigious MPL ID, after Listy Chan’s stint with EVOS Legends last MPL ID Season 3.

Who is the new kid on the block?
Despite having no professional experience, Sutanto is regarded as one of the strongest female players in the Indonesian MLBB scene.
She rose to popularity after streaming her Mobile Legends: Bang Bang games on Nimo TV, showcasing her signature Angela pick and other midlane heroes such as Eudora, Pharsa, and Cyclops.
