Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Philippines Season 9 (MPL PH Season 9) is still in its third week, but we have already witnessed some of the most intense matches in the Land of Dawn this year.

Make no mistake, a few MPL PH Season 9 rookies have already proven that they have what it takes to go toe to toe with some of the best MLBB players in the region.

Here are three rookies who are rising up the ranks in MPL PH Season 9.

MP The King (Nexplay EVOS)

Michael “MP the King” Endino underwent a baptism by fire in his debut MPL PH game, as Nexplay EVOS went up against veterans ONIC PH in Week 1. Fortunately, it went well for him and his team, as they swept the M3 World Championship PH representative 2-0.

MP The King was phenomenal in this series. He finished with a 6/1/4 KDA record on Karina in his first game and a perfect 2/0/0 score line on Roger in his second game. He was also pivotal in their victories against Blacklist International and Bren Esports the week after.

Out of all the MPL PH Season 9 rookies, MP The King is the most exciting to watch.

Escalera (TNC)

MPL PH has some of the strongest midlaners in the world, but that didn’t faze TNC rookie Jomarie “Escalera” Delos Santos one bit. In his debut game against Omega Esports, Escalera was calm and composed on his signature hero, Selena, finishing with a perfect 2/0/10 KDA.

His map awareness and ability to create plays for his jungler Daniel “SDzyz” Chu shows just how much potential he has this season.

Kramm (TNC)

Another rookie from TNC, Mark “Kramm” Rusiana first played for STI E-Olympians in Nationals Season Three, and was considered one of the main gunners in the team. He is a core player in TNC’s current lineup who already secured multiple match MVPs in the first two weeks of the regular season.

TNC’s team captain Ben “Benthings” Maglaque even praised him in an interview with MPL PH host Mara Aquino, saying that out of all the new players in team, Kramm will most likely shine the brightest this season. If he keeps up his performance in the next few weeks, Kramm has the chance to gun for the best rookie award this MPL PH Season 9.
