This information comes from a Reddit post by PanzerVulpaphyla. There are tons of ways to get blueprints in the current iteration of Call of Duty, ranging from bundles you buy to ones you earn via completing in-game challenges.

The Worn & Beaten blueprint falls into the latter category.

To earn this one, you’ll want to head to a Stronghold in Warzone 2. Once there, you’ll want to take out all the AI enemies within the Stronghold and collect the Black Site key.

From there, make your way to the Black Site and defeated the Juggernaut and whatever other enemies you need to where he is. We recommend bringing some friends and trying to stun the Juggernaut to take him down, as it’s certainly not an easy task.

If you do bring friends, however, only the person who uses the Black Site key will earn the Worn & Beaten blueprint. So it may take a couple of runs to make sure everyone gets it.

It’s important to note that you will need to check your armory after to see that you’ve earned the blueprint. The game will not notify you, so you’ll need to check for yourself.
