Moonton announced the open qualifier will feature some of the best teams across United States and Canada, who will battle it out for a lion’s share of the US$6,500 prize pool on September 12, 13, 18, and 19.

The winner will also have the privilege to represent North America in the much-awaited M3 World Championship happening later this year.

According to Moonton’s North American Esports manager Nicholas Chang, hosting the largest MLBB tournament with Estars is an honor.

“With Mobile Legends: Bang Bang becoming one of the most-watched esports titles in the world, we have seen an incredible increase of players at a global level, including North America,” he wrote.

SirActionSlacks and more talents are set to join the tournament

Aside from SirActionSlacks, talents such as MLBB content creator David “Assassin Dave” Mao and esports caster Austin “Capitalist” Walsh will join in the fun as on-air talents for the qualifier.

SirActionSlacks is one of the most prominent esports personalities in North America, particularly in Dota 2. He is relatable, and brings a fun attitude when hosting events.

He is also the manager of Arkosh Gaming, a Dota 2 pro team.

Teams who are interested to join the North American Qualifier and potentially represent the region in M3 World Championship can now register on the tournament’s official smash.gg page.
