The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Southeast Asia Cup 2022 (MSC 2022) is right around the corner.

Moonton released a teaser poster yesterday, April 5, hinting that this year’s MSC 2022 will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The teaser poster was released on all MLBB esports platforms, revealing the new MSC logo, along with a silhouette of what appears to be the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur.

This will be the first time that MSC will be held in Malaysia.

The first two MSC tournaments in 2017 and 2018 took place in Jakarta, Indonesia. In 2019, it was held in Manila, the Philippines.

The tournament was postponed in 2020 due to the COVID-19 outbreak, but returned the year after with MSC 2021, which was held online for the first time in MSC history.

This year, there are clear indications that the tournament will be held offline once again with the release of this teaser.

Moonton has yet to announce the dates of the tournament. So far, Myanmar’s Falcon Esports is the only team to have secured a slot in the prestigious tournament, pending travel issues.

Based on previous MSC tournaments, there is a high chance that there will be two representatives each from MPL Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Cambodia.
