The anticipation for the League of Legends Mid-Season Invitational (MSI) is at an all-time high, as the qualified teams left their fate in the hands of a thrilling draw show.

The MSI 2023 draw show, hosted by LEC caster Trevor “Quickshot” Henry with guest Martin “Rekkles” Larsson, determined the play-in matchups and set the stage for the highly competitive gameplay that fans have come to expect from MSI.

During this exciting segment, all eight teams were drawn into two double-elimination brackets for the play-in stage.

The play-In stage features two groups of four teams, each playing a best-of-three, double-elimination bracket.

In Group A, Bilibili Gaming will face Movistar R7, while Golden Guardians will battle GAM Esports.

In Group B, G2 Esports is set to clash with LOUD, while PSG Talon will fight against DetonatioN FocuMe.

The two winners of the upper bracket automatically qualify for the bracket stage. The two final contenders in the loser’s bracket compete against each other in a best-of-five series, with the victor advancing to the bracket stage.

This year’s Mid-Season Invitational kicks off Tuesday, May 2 at Copper Box Arena located in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London. It will also be broadcasted live on Riot Games’ official Twitch and YouTube channels.
