All eight teams participating in the Regional League will play best-of-three matches following a single round-robin format, similar to last year’s Upper Division and Lower Division competitions.

The Western European that wins the event will immediately advance to the Playoffs of the upcoming Major. The second-place finisher will continue to the Group Stage in the same Major, while the 3rd and 4th place teams will qualify into the Wild Card of the Major.
