European organization Alliance is making changes to their roster after yet another lackluster showing in the Dota Pro Circuit.

British offlaner Moiez “symetricaL” Lin, who joined Alliance in February this year, is “mutually parting ways” with the organization, Alliance announced last night. The team will play the rest of the tour with a stand-in, still not announced as of the time of writing.

After five series in the DPC Western Europe 2021/2022 Div I Tour 3, the roster still has not managed a single game win, accruing a 0-5 record.

The team was initially relegated to Div II after a poor showing in Div I Tour 1, where their only series victory came against the winless Coolguys. Though they managed to jump straight back to the top division after just one season in Div II, the team will be unable to qualify for The International 11 through DPC points.

Instead, Alliance will need to bank on some serious changes — whether internal or external — to try to make their way through the competitive WEU region’s qualifiers.

Only three teams — one to the main TI11 bracket, and two to the wildcards — will make their way to Singapore for Southeast Asia’s first-ever TI.
