This new squad comes after the LA Thieves roster from the CDL 2023 season was released. A full rebuild was the path the organization chose, and a combination of young North American and European talent is what they settled on.

The 2022 World Champions saw three of its four players from the 2023 already find homes with Kenny “Kenny” Williams heading to OpTic Texas, Dylan “Envoy” Hannon moving to the Toronto Ultra, and Zack “Drazah” Jordan lining up with the Atlanta FaZe boys. Sam “Octane” Larew chose to retire following the season.

Moving into the new season, the team has picked up former Toronto Ultra star Cameron “Cammy” McKilligan, ex-OpTic in-game leader Daniel “Ghosty” Rothe, Marcus “Afro” Reid recently of the Minnesota Rokkr, and Joe “JoeDeceives” Romero who makes the swap from the Los Angeles Guerrillas.

There’s no doubt this roster isn’t exactly a list of big-name stars, but it’s one that has potential and that’s what the LA Thieves are banking on.
