The HRM-9 is the submachine gun that came with the launch of Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone Season 1 Reloaded.
This ONE Esports guide provides you with the steps on how to unlock HRM-9, enabling you to use the SMG in your matches.
Here’s how to unlock HRM-9 SMG in MW3 and WZ
In the official blog post about the Season 1 Reloaded update, Activision described the HRM-9 as “the perfect fit for aggressive run-and-gun playstyles” due to its quick fire rate, exceptional handling, and high mobility.
Previously, you need to complete the challenges and earn the rewards in Season 1 Battle Pass Sector A21 to acquire this SMG.
However, if you are not able to unlock it during Season 1, you can still obtain this firearm via the Armory Unlocks feature, which allows you to unlock weapons, equipment, perks, kill streaks, and aftermarket parts.
To gain access to Armory Unlocks, you need to reach level 25. Once you get access, head over to the Weapons section within Armory Unlocks, and find the HRM-9.
You need to activate the weapon first, then complete three daily challenges.
Take note that when you’ve just activated HRM-9 in Armory Unlocks after completing the daily challenges, it will not be automatically unlocked. Therefore, ensure that you have activated it before fulfilling the tasks.
For those who want to skip challenges, you can buy a blueprint for HRM-9 in the store. However, you need to acquire the base weapon and level it up in order to use other attachments.
