ONIC Esports announced on Instagram that they will be holding a coaching development program for MLBB soon.
Aside from developing your coaching skills in the Land of Dawn, one lucky participant will be selected to coach ONIC Prodigy, the organization’s Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Development League (MDL) team, next year.

What are the requirements for joining ONIC Esports’ coaching development program?
ONIC Esports has laid out a list of requirements for interested applicants.
- Single
- At least 20 years old
- Willing to work full-time
- At least Mythical Glory in Mobile Legends
- Have esports experience in MLBB or other MOBAs such as League of Legends and Dota 2.
- Fluent in English
- Not signed to an organization
- Ready to follow the recruitment process of the organization

MDL Indonesia was formed when the franchise league system was implemented in Season 4. The league serves as the training ground for up-and-coming players not competing in the MPL.
MPL organizations also have their own respective teams in the league, along with non-MPL organizations that have secured a slot through a qualifier held every season. Organizations can also either promote their MDL players to MPL or relegate their MPL players to MDL. This can only be done in the first half of every MPL season.
