A lot more is on the line at the North America Challenger Tournament Spring Split 2023 (NACT Spring 2023).

Moonton announced its partnership with the non-profit organization United States Esports Federation, which will have implications for the tournament.

The winner of NACT Spring 2023 will represent the region not only in the upcoming Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Southeast Asia Cup 2023 (MSC 2023) but also in another major MLBB tournament.

The tournament will now serve as the qualifier for the IESF World Esports Championship 2023, which takes place in Romania in August.

According to Moonton NA Publishing Lead Steve Wang, this partnership is beneficial for aspiring MLBB pro players in the region.

“We believe this collaboration will level up the playing field to unlock greater opportunities for community-led and professional teams,” he wrote.

This is the second time that Mobile Legends: Bang Bang will be featured in the World Esports Championship.

Last year, Indonesia won the inaugural tournament after a dominant performance against the Philippines in the grand final.

The NACT Spring 2023 Finals will take place at the Luxor Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas on May 14. The winner will also take home the majority of the US$23,500 prize pool.
