HoYoverse has announced the Zenless Zone Zero 2nd closed beta testing, also referred to as the Equalizing Test.
This beta testing phase will introduce a wide array of changes and content updates, such as new stories and uncharted areas, a larger selection of playable characters, revamped combat mechanics, and a completely transformed city with a more immersive urban gaming experience.
While this phase of testing has limited spots available, we’re here to guide you through the process of signing up and joining in on this crucial part of HoYoverse’s much-anticipated urban fantasy ARPG adventure, Zenless Zone Zero.

Taking the Equalizing Test: How to sign up for Zenless Zone Zero 2nd closed beta
- Visit the Zenless Zone Zero website.
- Scroll down the page until you find the section titled “Equalizing Test.”
- Click on the “Sign up now” button.
- If you already have a HoYoverse account, log in with your credentials. If you don’t have one, follow the instructions to create an account.
- A pop-up box will appear, asking you to choose the platform you want to use for the test. Select your preferred platform.
- Tick the checkbox indicating that you have read and accepted the disclaimer.
- Another pop-up box will appear, prompting you to answer a survey. Before you start, take the time to read the terms and conditions.
- After reading the terms and conditions, click “Start now” to begin the survey. This survey should take around 10 minutes to complete.
- Once you’ve finished the survey, you will see a message indicating that HoYoverse will contact you if you are selected to participate in the beta testing.
Set in a post-apocalyptic metropolitan city called New Eridu, Zenless Zone Zero follows the story of siblings Belle and Wise, who help others explore the hostile alternate dimensions called Hollows.
