Tickets for the last tournament of the Dota 2 Pro Circuit, The International 2019, which will be held from August 20-25, will be available this Friday, May 24.

“[Tickets] will be sold in two-day bundles, the weekday bundles for the price of CN¥499 (USD$70) each and the weekend bundle for the price of CN¥2,099 (USD$300),” said the Dota team.

This will be the first time the annual tournament is held on Chinese soil, taking place at the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Shanghai.

Dota fans living in China can purchase their tickets via Damai at 12 p.m. GMT+8. For the first hour, the site will require an access code that is only available to those who already bought the TI9 Battle Pass before the ticket announcement. For everyone else, ticket purchases will open up at 1.15 p.m. GMT+8. All purchases through Damai will need a national Chinese citizen ID for verification.

For the rest of the world, tickets will be available via Universe at 9 p.m. GMT+8. Universe will also require a TI9 Battle Pass access code for the first hour, but will open up to everyone else at 10 p.m. GMT+8.

If you bought a TI9 Battle Pass before the ticket announcement, you can get your access code inside the client.

With teams like Virtus.Pro and Paris Major champions Team Secret already locked in, TI9 is sure to be one of the most competitive Dota 2 tournaments yet.

For teams that have yet to qualify, DPC Major EPICENTER, in Moscow on June 22-30 will be the last chance to qualify without having to go through the brutal open qualifiers.
