The AfreecaTV VALORANT SEA Invitational 2022, hosted by ONE Esports, will kick off on 29 November 2022

ONE Esports, a subsidiary of ONE Championship (Singapore) Pte Ltd, has been appointed by AfreecaTV to host the first-ever AfreecaTV VALORANT SEA Invitational 2022.

The tournament will take place from 29 November – 4 December and will be livestreamed on AfreecaTV. The event will be streamed in Bahasa Indonesia, English, Thai, and Vietnamese. The tournament will invite 16 top-ranking teams from all over Southeast Asia to compete for a USD$25,000 prize pool. ONE Esports will provide full event execution and live production featuring the top talent in the region. ONE Esports will also produce exciting content and coverage of this highly anticipated tournament for fans, including team features, competition highlights, and editorial coverage of the entire tournament. EVENT FORMAT

The tournament will consist of two stages:

Group Stage (29th and 30th November 2022):

  • 16 teams will be sorted into four groups and play in a Bo1 double elimination bracket.
  • The top two teams from each group will advance to the Playoffs.

Playoffs (1st – 4th December 2022):

  • The top eight teams qualified from the Group Stage will battle in a Bo3 single elimination bracket.
  • The Grand Final will use a Bo5 single elimination format.
