The NBA 2K League has announced that its second season will be kicking off on April 2 with the Tipoff preseason tournament, with the regular season starting shortly afterwards.

The first part of the regular season will run from April 10 to May 3, after which the second in-season tournament — called the Turn — will take place from May 9 to 11.
Another four weeks of regular season play will commence afterwards, from May 15 to June 7.
The league’s last in-season tournament — the Ticket, which also guarantees a playoff spot to the winner– will then run from June 13 to 15.
The rest of June will see regular season play, after which there will be a league-wide bye week from July 3 to 5.
After two more weeks of regular season play, the playoffs will run from July 24 to 26. Finally, the NBA 2K League Finals will then take place on August 3.
All regular season games will be held live at the NBA 2K League Studio in Long Island City, New York, and will be livestreamed on Twitch as well.
In addition to the league-wide bye week from July 3 to 5, all 21 teams will have three bye weeks during the season. The teams will play a total of 16 regular season games.
The NBA 2K League will also rebroadcast a “Game of the Day” in a primetime evening viewing slot for fans in Europe, part of a league-wide effort to reach an international audience.
The NBA 2K League will be awarding US$1.2 million in prize money across the three in-season tournaments and playoffs.
Additional details regarding the tournaments, playoffs and Finals will be announced by the league at a later date.
