The M5 Wild Card is the last chance for eight MPL and non-MPL teams to secure a spot at the M5 World Championship.

These eight teams will engage in fierce competition in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, vying for just two available slots.

The participants include a blend of experienced contenders like Team SMG and Niightmare Esports, along with emerging talents from less recognized international regions such as China’s Keep Best Gaming and Mongolia’s Team Lilgun.

The eight qualified teams will be randomly assigned to two groups. They will then compete in a single round-robin format.

The top two in each group will advance to the crossover matches, while the remaining teams will be eliminated.

Each group’s first-seed team will face the opposite group’s second-seed team. The winners secure a slot in the M5 World Championship group stage.

The tournament will happen from November 23 to 26.
