Effects:

- 4-piece Set Effect: Increases crit rate by 4%. The wearer deals 8%/12% increased crit damage to enemies with at least 2/3 debuffs. After the wearer inflicts a debuff on enemy targets, the aforementioned effects increase by 100%, lasting for 1 turn.

Recommended for: This relic set is ideal for damage-dealers such as Dr. Ratio, known for single-target damage, or the Penacony character Black Swan, specializing in dealing damage through DoT-oriented debuffs.
Watchmaker, Master of Dream Machinations
Location: Cavern of Corrosion: Path of Dreamdive, Penacony
Effects:
- 2-piece Set Effect: Increases Break Effect by 16%.
- 4-piece Set Effect: When the wearer uses their Ultimate on an ally, Break Effect for all allies increases by 30% for 2 turns. This effect cannot be stacked.
Recommended for: Equip this relic set with characters who can buff allies like Ruan Mei.
Penacony relics location
Penacony relics can be obtained in Cavern of Corrosion: Path of Dreamdive, located at The Reverie (Dreamscape).
Head to the third floor (F3), towards the southeastern most part of the map. It is located near Calyx (Golden): Bud of Treasures.
