A trip to Penacony would be more worthwhile if you drop by its most popular landmark, Clockie Statue. The statue features Clockie, Penacony’s cartoon-like, talking clock.
Prior to HSR 2.0’s release, the jolly mascot gave players an overview of popular spots in the new area in the “Tick Tock! Come Dream with Us” promotional cartoon video.

Clockie Statue is located in the plaza at the center of Penacony.
There’s a Space Anchor located in front of it so you can teleport anytime at your convenience.
How to unlock Clockie’s Offering in Honkai Star Rail
You need to play Trailblaze Mission “Long Day’s Journey Into the Night” to unlock Clockie’s Offering, which gives bountiful rewards when you level it up.
How to level up Clockie Statue in Honkai Star Rail
You will need to pay Clock Credits to level up Clockie Statue.
Clock Credits are golden banknotes, which you can acquire by exploring Dreamville and doing missions.
Once you earn enough Clock Credits and replenish Clockie’s dream energy, the mascot claims he will “become more famous and influential in Dreamville.”
