Diablo 4 Helltides
The quickest way to level up in Diablo 4 Season 4 is by farming the Helltide event. The region-wide endgame activity is now more prominent than ever, as it’s available from the get-go at World Tier 1 and 2.
Until Diablo 4’s season 3, Helltide was only accessible after reaching World Tier 3, where you could fight high-level demons to gain XP and farm-specific gear items by opening Tortured chests.
That is not the case anymore in Diablo 4, and having access to Helltide from the beginning gives a massive advantage at XP farming.
To further increase your XP gain from Helltides, we recommend playing in co-op. Having at least another member in your party will get you 10% XP.
You will also gain XP from your teammates’ kills, not to mention being in proximity of another player in Helltide, which will net you an additional 5% XP.
We recommend starting the game at World Tier 2, as now you can earn a 50% bonus XP, which is massive compared to past seasons’ mere 20% boost.
By running Helltides in a group at Word Tier 2, we went from level 15 to level 30 in less than two hours; a significant XP boost from Diablo 4’s season 3.
Diablo 4 Tree of Whispers and Profane Mindcage Elixir
Don’t hesitate to consume the Profane Mindcage Elixir when you feel confident enough. This will increase the Helltide monster level by 10% and increase threat gain, which means more enemies to slay and more XP to gain.
Lastly, completing the Tree of Whispers’ objectives will get you massive chunks of XP. This was an efficient way to level up fast in past Diablo 4 seasons and is still one of the best ways to gain large amounts of XP.
