Team SMG is loading up on local power in a bid to get to The International 11 in Singapore.

Singaporean veterans Daryl “iceiceice” Koh and Wilson “poloson” Koh will be joining SMG for the upcoming TI11 Regional Qualifiers, the organization announced today.

Experienced offlaner iceiceice joined Team Secret last season, but a series of lackluster results from the European organization have led to several roster changes. Meanwhile, poloson last played for SEA squad Nigma Galaxy SEA and Chinese team Ybb Gaming.

SMG will hope the addition of two new players will help them come out of a highly competitive SEA field.

Of the 12 Dota Pro Circuit invites to TI11, only one Southeast Asian team—BOOM Esports—has locked in a slot. This means Fnatic, Talon Esports, T1, RSG, and Nigma Galaxy SEA will be contesting the SEA Regional Qualifiers, which will send three additional teams to Singapore for the main event and wildcard.
