The Quarters Classic Reflex Optic can be unlocked by leveling up the SOA Subverter to Level 8. The SOA Subverter, which is a new weapon itself, also needs to be unlocked before you can use it. After unlocking it, leveling up shouldn’t be too much of a problem as playing a few multiplayer or battle royale matches can easily do that.

If you have a couple of Double Weapon XP Tokens around, you can use them to level up quickly as well. But, even with them, it should take a little bit of time to get the SOA Subverter to level 8. After you’ve leveled it up to level 8, you’ll see the Quarters Classic Reflect Optic is available for use in MW3 and Warzone.
