Having released the entire CDL 2023 roster, including head coach Brian “Saintt” Baroska, Minnesota is looking to start from scratch heading into the CDL 2024 season.

The most notable pickup for some will be Thomas “Lynz” Gregorio. A player many will not have heard of, Lynz is a star in the European Challengers circuit. If you’re wondering why, well, he managed to have a 1.21 kill-to-death ratio through four Challengers Elites events in 2023 and even took home the trophy at the Toronto Open.

Joining him are some more familiar names.

Joseph “Owakening” Conley, a multiseason player for Boston is being eyed for the fresh roster. He has certainly shown his slaying capabilities through his time in the CDL and Minnesota is hoping to get plenty of that.

Lamar “Accuracy” Abedi is also on the docket of hopeful grabs for the purple team. Having been with Seattle for the last two years, Accuracy helped the team achieve victory at the CDL 2022 Major 3. Since then the team only came out of the 2023 Major 3 qualifiers as top dog.

Lastly, Reece “Vivid” Drost is being sought out to round out the roster. Vivid played with Owakening as a member of the Boston Breach before being benched by the squad prior to this year’s Championship. It will be his chance to jump back into action and show the CDL he’s here to play.

Nothing is official yet, but should this roster come to be, it’ll be an interesting next yet in the CDL.
