The second season of Wild Rounds, officially called Wild Rounds Pilipinas Open 2025, is a nationwide grassroots tournament for League of Legends: Wild Rift.
Organized by Riot Games Philippines, the tournament aims to support the dynamic and competitive gaming scene in the Philippines, featuring an increased ₱1.5 million prize pool and a more expansive tournament schedule spanning from the second to the fourth quarter of 2025.
Before the tournament begins, Riot Games, through its Wild Rounds Circuit, is introducing other engaging activities to excite fans and encourage new competitors to join.
More Wild Rift Wednesdays
Beginning the activities is Wild Rift Wednesdays, a weekly series featuring creators and community play. This weekly invitation to play aims to showcase popular gaming personalities and provide players with more chances to connect with the wider Wild Rift PH community.
Further broadening the reach of the PH Wild Rift scene, Riot Games PH has empowered Ground Zero Tournament to host a series of grassroots and amateur events starting this May.
Gaming fans can anticipate these events running until October, offering amateur players the opportunity to compete.
All you need to know about Wild Rounds Pilipinas Open 2025
Registration for Wild Rounds Pilipinas Open 2025 opens in May. The tournament’s second season features a nationwide open format with three splits held each quarter.
Players interested in participating are invited to register for Split 1 this May. The brackets will be determined on June 9 and shared on Wild Rift’s social media channels on June 10.
Group Stage matches for Groups A and B are on June 14–15, and for Groups C and D on June 21–22.
The top four teams from each group will proceed to the Top 16, with the corresponding brackets announced on June 25.
The Top 16 and Top 8 matches take place on June 28 and 29, respectively, leading up to the finals on July 5.

“This year’s tournament, along with our other exciting lineup of activities for Wild Rift, are a manifestation of our consistent dedication to the community,” shared Kimi Salazar, MOBA Brand Manager of Riot Games Philippines.
“Our goal is to inspire deeper engagement and unite players, creators, and gaming communities across the country. In true Filipino spirit, we’re inviting everyone again to ‘magpakitang gilas’ at the Rift,” they added.
