Mobile Legends: Bang Bang’s Southeast Asia Cup (MSC 2019) moves into its playoff stage today. Following an exciting first three days of Group Stage and Play-in matches, the tournament of 12 is down to its top eight teams.
After dominating the Group Stage round-robin matches on June 19 and 20, teams ArkAngel (Philippines), Louvre Esports (Indonesia), IDNS (Thailand), and ONIC Esports (Indonesia) are headed straight to the upper bracket of the MSC 2019 playoffs.
The remaining eight squads competed yesterday in a thrilling play-in round, delivering the following results:
- Geek Fam (Malaysia) beat Diversity Helheim (Cambodia), 2-0
- Evos ESports SG (Singapore) beat Burmese Ghouls (Myanmar), 2-0
- The Overclockers (Vietnam) beat WAWA Gaming (Laos), 2-0
- Bren ESports (Philippines) beat Team Resolution (Myanmar), 2-0
With a US$120,000 prize pool up for grabs, the action is sure to get even more intense as we enter the last two days of the tournament.
