Despite the success of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, developer, Moonton, isn’t resting on its laurels, and has announced a brand new game at its Epicon event taking place today in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Mobile Legends Adventure is a 2D idle RPG game that you can play offline with a focus on the Malefic Gunner Layla. It’s currently soft-launched for players in some countries.

Taking place in the same universe as MLBB, the game features the same heroes as the mobile MOBA, but instead of controlling just one hero on the battlefield, you take Layla and other heroes through dungeons and missions. You can also summon more heroes either through in-game currency or spend real cash.

There will be plenty to do in the game.

Given the gacha nature of the game though, you can probably spend your way to being super strong. There are also in-game activities such as forming your own guilds, gifting heroes to other players, and even battling other guilds.

The game is set to globally launch on both Android and iOS devices on August 1. Players in Indonesia, Singapore, Cambodia, Malaysia, Myanmar, and the Philippines can pre-register today for a secret gift.
