ONE Esports is proud to announce that it has joined forces with Toyota Motor Asia Pacific to present the GR Supra GT Cup Asia 2020 – Regional Round.
Together with support from Toyota Gazoo Racing (TGR), the motorsports arm of Toyota responsible for product research and development through real-world initiatives, product testing, and esports racing events, ONE Esports and Toyota Motor Asia Pacific will deliver a unique esports racing experience, bringing together Asia’s top Gran Turismo Sport drivers to compete in a tournament series.
This is the second year the GR Supra GT Cup is being held. Last year, more than 800,000 players purchased the GR Supra exclusively on Gran Turismo Sport for the PlayStation 4.
The data collected from the GR Supra GT Cup was used by Toyota to enhance actual GR Supra development.
For this year’s GR Supra GT Cup Asia 2020, the tournament will begin with National Rounds held from July to September in participating countries.
The National Rounds will be held in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, India, and the Philippines, and will be hosted by Toyota distributors in each market.
The top three national qualifying players from each country will go on to compete in the Regional Final.

Players must be 18 years old and above to participate, and must purchase the GR Supra in Gran Turismo Sport. Details of registration and other related procedures will be announced at a later date.
