How to unlock all endings in Zoochosis — endings, hidden achievements, and walkthrough

Zoochosis is a psychological horror game that takes players on a dark, twisted journey.

You control Paul, a character working in a mysterious zoo that houses infected animals, and your decisions throughout the game determine the fate of Paul, his wife Lily, their daughter Gina, Sarah, and Doc. 

The game has multiple endings that are influenced by your choices. In this ONE Esports guide, we will walk you through how to unlock all of them.

How to get All Zoochosis endings

Zoochosis features 23 unique endings, each with distinct dialogues and outcomes depending on your choices throughout the game. These decisions determine the fate of the characters, deciding who survives and who meets a grim end. 

We categorize the endings based on its severity. Here are the walkthroughs on how to get all the endings.

Default Zoochosis ending

This is the default ending from your first playthrough. To achieve it, follow Doc’s instructions and complete the objectives without deviation. Begin by giving the meat block to Lily, then head to the first enclosure.

Grind the package and eliminate all infected animals in each enclosure. After completing the tasks in the third enclosure, return to the hub to trigger the cutscene

Mutated Zoochosis endings

Train Mutation

To achieve this ending, save Sarah and unlock the lab using CJ’s hand, which can be found in the Biowaste filter on the train. Assist Sarah with her investigation, and ensure you cure all the animals without creating the poison for the Mother. Once the last animal is cured, return to the hub to trigger a cutscene where you transform in the train killing Doc.

Bathroom Mutation

Similar to the Train Mutation, but this time do not open the lab. Focus on completing tasks in each enclosure and curing the animals. Afterward, return to the hub where Sarah will ask you to freshen up in the bathroom, locking you inside. This triggers the alternate cutscene.

Worst Zoochosis endings

Betray Sarah (Paul, Lily, and Sarah Dies)

In this scenario, give the meat block to Lily and save Sarah. Unlock the lab using CJ’s hand and assist Sarah in her investigation. Avoid calling Lily throughout the playthrough. Before Doc arrives, answer the phone near Sarah, then grab the axe to trigger the cutscene where Paul kills Sarah.

Betray Sarah 2nd variation  (Paul, Lily, and Sarah Dies)

Follow the same steps above but ignore Lily from the beginning instead of giving her the meat block. This will lead to the same ending with different dialogue.

Everybody gets eaten 

For this playthrough, you will basically do everything wrong. You will Ignore Lily throughout the gameplay by not giving the meat block and not calling her.

Save Sarah, open the lab, and incorrectly cure all the animals. When asked to create the poison, use the male parasite and inject it into Paul. This triggers the cutscene where the Mother eats Paul, Lily, Doc, and Sarah.

Everybody Gets eaten 2nd variation 

Similar to the first variation, but this time give the meat block to Lily at the beginning and still don’t call her. This leads to the same result with altered dialogue.

Doc feeds everyone to mother 

In this playthrough, Start by giving the meat block to Lily, and NOT call her. Save Sarah, open the laboratory and cure all the animals, however use the male parasite and this time inject it to Sarah. This will trigger a cutscene where Paul slowly dies and Doc feeds Sarah to the mother with Lily’s fresh corpse. 

Doc feeds everyone to mother 2nd Variation

In this variation, Ignore Lily entirely by not giving her the meat block. Follow the same steps as the previous version, leading to the same conclusion but with different dialogue.

Lily calls the cops 

In this playthrough, Simply Ignore Lily throughout the game. Kill Sarah and cure all the animals correctly. After finishing the last enclosure, return to the hub to trigger the ending where Doc has Lily’s corpse.

Bad Zoochosis endings

Paul and Sarah Dies, Lily Survives

In this playthrough, You will not give the meat block to Lily however, you will kill Sarah. Open the laboratory using Cj’s hand to use the phone to call Lily. Proceed normally and finish curing all the animals, This will trigger a cutscene where Doc will greet you while you slowly mutate.

Paul betrays Sarah, Lily Survives  

In this playthrough, whether you ignore Lily or give her the meat block, as long as you call her after opening the laboratory the outcome will be the same. This time you will help Sarah on her investigation. Before Doc arrives at the Zoo, answer the phone and use the axe to kill Sarah and trigger the ending. 

Neglect Lily  

In this playthrough, You will once again Ignore Lily throughout the gameplay. Save Sarah, open the laboratory, and help her with the investigation. It is important to remember to cure all animals correctly. Create the poison using a female parasite and inject it to Paul. This will trigger a cutscene where Lily and the Doc die.

Gina (daughter) finds out how her mother died 

This playthrough mirrors the “Neglect Lily” path, but with one key difference: you’ll give the meat block to Lily at the start and still avoid calling her. This results in an ending where both Paul and Sarah survive, and the evidence of the events is published online, revealing the truth.

Paul Kills Doc 

In this scenario, you will once again ignore your loving wife once again.  Assist Sarah in her investigation, open the lab, and cure all the animals properly. When creating the poison, use the female parasite and inject it into Sarah. This triggers a cutscene where Paul expels the parasite and kills Doc; however, this ending kills Lily and Sarah.

Paul Kills Doc 2nd Variation

In this variation, Instead of ignoring your wife, give Lily the meat block at the start. Assist Sarah, open the lab, but don’t call Lily. Cure the animals, create the poison, and inject it into Sarah. The ending is similar but features different dialogue.

Lily Survives and becomes a widow

In this playthrough, give Lily the meat block at the start. Assist Sarah, open the lab, and call Lily. However, you will create the wrong poison and inject it to Paul. This will trigger a cutscene where Paul, Sarah, and Doc get eaten by the Mother.

Doc and Lily Survives (wife and daughter Gina leaves pine valley)

This playthrough is similar to “Lily Survives and becomes a widow” however in this variation, Inject the wrong poison to Sarah.

Good Zoochosis endings

Paul and Lily survives

In this playthrough, give Lily the meat block at the start and call her later. Save Sarah, open the lab, cure the animals correctly, and create the poison using the female parasite. Inject it into Sarah to trigger a cutscene where Sarah is fed to the Mother and Paul kills Doc.

Paul and Lily survives 2nd Variation

In this variation, ignore Lily at the start but call her later. Follow the same steps, leading to a similar ending with different dialogue.

Best Zoochosis endings

Paul gets the car 

In this playthrough, You’ll do everything right. Start by giving Lily the meat block and save Sarah. After opening the lab with CJ’s hand, call Lily immediately.

Assist Sarah with her investigation and properly cure all the animals. Once done, create the correct poison using the female parasite and inject it into Paul to trigger the cutscene. This ending kills both Mother and Doc, allowing Paul to get Doc’s car for his wife while Sarah lives another day.

Paul gets the car 2nd variation

This variation is similar, but instead of giving the meat block to Lily, you’ll ignore her at the start. Call her immediately after opening the lab, then follow the same steps to achieve a similar ending with different dialogue.

Secret Zoochosis ending

Simply AFK at the start and don’t sign the NDA to trigger the secret ending.
