DreamHack has announced two major Fortnite community events with a combined prize pool of US$500,000.

The first event, DreamHack Winter will take place from November 29 to December 1 this year in Elmia, Jönköping, Sweden.

It will be followed by DreamHack Anaheim on February 21-23, 2020, which will take place at the Anaheim Convention Center in California.

DreamHack Winter is set as a Fortnite Solos tournament with no pre-qualifier events. Participants will only be required to purchase a bring-your-own-computer (BYOC) ticket before the event.

Details about both events are still sparse, with the sign-up process to be confirmed at a later date. For those who are interested in joining the event, you can book your DreamHack Winter 2019 ticket here.
