Tundra Esports’s Dota 2 roster is finally complete, and they’ve shown no qualms with recruiting talent from all over the globe.

Ivan “Pure” Moskalenko joins his new teammates on loan from BetBoom Team, Tundra Esports announced yesterday.

The 19-year-old first broke out with Virtus Pro and Entity with his hard carry play, before moving to BetBoom Team. Halfway through his stint with BetBoom, he switched to the offlane role, establishing himself as one of the best offlaners in the world with breakout heroes like Spirit Breaker, Dawnbreaker, and Centaur Warrunner.

Tundra Esports’ full roster is promising, especially with the synergy between their three cores.

Topson, while fully capable of carrying games by himself through his generally aggressive picks, still falls prey to a near-compulsive need to be off-meta. Enter Pure and MinD_ContRoL, two extremely versatile sidelaners that have truly played it all.

Pure has a unique hero pool amongst hard carries, involving the likes of Doom, Pudge, and Leshrac. This isn’t even taking into account his stint with BetBoom as their offlaner, where he’s shown remarkable teamfight instincts on heroes like Centaur and Tidehunter. He’s still an extremely capable farmer, especially on his signature heroes like Doom and Dawnbreaker, but this added versatility — along with the legendary MinD_ContRoL — will likely help the team’s overall drafting prowess.

Tundra will be in action over the next week, contesting both the BetBoom Dacha and DreamLeague S22 qualifiers.
