Two of the biggest teams in the BTS Pro Series: Southeast Asia, Fnatic and TNC Predator faced each other on the tenth day of the group stage.

Fnatic continued their hot-streak and defeated their SEA rival with a 2-1 score and maintained their perfect record in the tournament.

In the first game of the series, Abed “Abed” Yusop played the hard carry role for TNC and faced his former squad. TNC decided to go for a Gyrocopter and Io hero draft. Meanwhile, Fnatic focused on executing their Alchemist pick for Kam Boon “Moon” Seng.

Daryl Koh “iceiceice” Pei Xiang had an excellent Centaur Warrunner game finishing with 20 assists and helping Moon’s Alchemist take control of the late game phase, giving Fnatic the game one victory.

In the next game, Kim “Gabbi” Villafuerte made his return to the squad and helped his team even the series against Fnatic. TNC went with a more active lineup with their Mars, Templar Assassin, Enigma, and Earthshaker all having Blink Daggers.

Fnatic almost took back control of the game after taking a significant gold lead advantage from the enemy team. But TNC eventually won the second game after a terrible Radiant base siege by Fnatic where they lost two of their core heroes without buyback.

Fnatic secured the series by countering TNC’s support hero lineup with a Tusk on Djardel “DJ” Mampusti who abused his Tag Team ability and eliminated Park “March” Tae-won’s Keeper of the light and Timothy “Tims” Randrup’s Earthshaker from most of the team fights.

With the 2-1 series win, Fnatic maintained their undefeated streak by winning all six of their group stage matches and remaining in the top spot of the standings.

Meanwhile, TNC dropped to third place with a 3-2 group stage series record.
