Following an intense eight-week regular season, six teams have successfully secured their spots in the highly anticipated VCT Pacific playoffs which will run from May 19 to 28.

The stakes have never been higher, as the top three teams from the playoffs will advance to the prestigious Masters tournament held in Tokyo, Japan. Among the playoff contenders, DRX emerged as the clear favorite. The Korean powerhouse squad concluded the season with an outstanding 8-1 record, the best in the Pacific League.

Close behind them is Paper Rex, who finished the regular season with an impressive 7-2 record. Both teams bolstered their firepower this season by recruiting up-and-coming duelists, Jung “Foxy9” Jae-sung and Ilia “something” Petrov who joined DRX and PRX’s main rosters respectively.

For teams that fall short of Masters Tokyo, they can still compete in the Pacific region’s Last Chance Qualifier.
