Match of the week: G2 Esports vs Misfits Gaming

G2’s bot-laner Luka “Perkz” Perković may have been away for a short vacation, but the team still managed to unleash their A-game during their match against Misfits Gaming.

G2 started off great as they caught out Danny “Dan Dan” Le Comte’s Mordekaiser for first blood.

However, there were moments during the mid game when some of G2’s members overextended and got killed by Misfits Gaming.

Ultimately, G2 Esports delivered a very solid performance in just 26 minutes, with Rasmus “Caps” Winther’s Kog’Maw dealing an insane amount of damage, combined with a perfectly-timed Trueshot Barrage by P1noy on Ezreal.

Player of the week: Rasmus “Caps” Winther

Caps’ AP build on his Kog’Maw immediately became the talk of the town after the match between G2 Esports and Misfits Gaming.

He was practically unstoppable past the 10-minute mark, spitting out record-breaking damages with Living Artillery thanks to the recent AP ratio buffs Kog’Maw received on patch 10.13.

Caps’ Kog’Maw has been recorded as the fourth highest in European League of Legends history with 1.476 damage dealt per minute. He also holds the highest kills for the Split, with 13 enemy executions against Misfits Gaming.
