All teams qualified for Mid-Season Invitational 2023

The Mid-Season Invitational 2023 (MSI 2023) is the second-biggest international event of the year in League of Legends esports.

This year, MSI will be played in a new format, a refreshing change since it began in 2015. The tournament will add more teams with additional slots allocated to major regions.

Two LCK, LCS, LEC, and LPL teams will participate instead of just one. Together with representatives from PCS, Vietnam, Brazil, Japan, and Latin America, they make up the 13 invited squads.

G2 Esports was the first and earliest team to qualify through LEC Winter 2023. The League of Legends EMEA Championship had also adopted a new format this season, holding Winter and Spring splits.

Full list of teams that qualified for MSI 2023

MSI 2023 will be split into two stages: Play-In Stage and Bracket Stage.

The first seeds of the LCK, LCS, LEC, and LPL will start with a bye to the Bracket Stage. Since the LCK are the reigning world champions, the second LCK seed will also get a bye.
