Valorant patch 1.02 included some significant buffs for Viper, a small nerf to Phoenix and the Bucky shotgun, and the addition of Ranked mode (which has been slightly delayed due to Riot needing to fix a few bugs first).

Additionally, there were a number of small but significant changes to every map, aimed at reducing the number of areas an enemy can hide, and to make corner checking a little less tedious.

Haven has the most changes (six locations) while Split only has one change. Here’s a complete breakdown of everything that’s changed:

The Attacker side of A Main now has a group of boxes and barrels. People don’t really camp in this corner, but it could be a useful spot for an attacking Jett, Raze, or Omen to get up to to peek into A Main.

The Garden Entrance now has the left side blocked off with boxes and barrels.

The B Teleporter Exit and B Window entrance now has a curved wall to the side, clearing both corners of any campers.
