Esports organization, Panda Global has announced that they’re bringing back Street Fighter V pro, Victor “Punk” Woodley.

Punk was dropped by his last esports organization, Team Reciprocity, which decided to stop competing in Street Fighter events in 2020.

Punk was the Capcom Cup 2019 runner-up, after losing an amazing Grand Final set against Derek “iDom” Ruffin.

Punk has built a reputation in the Street Fighter V community as being ‘The Alpha’. He dominated the first half of the 2019 Capcom Pro Tour season and was the first player to secure his spot for Capcom Cup 2019.

This is the second time Punk will be signing with Panda Global. He was with them during the 2017-2018 CPT season.

Panda Global didn’t just stop by signing Punk. They also acquired Super Smash Bros Melee pro, Cody “iBDW” Schwab, and multi fighting game pro, Keenan “Kizzie Kay” Kizzie. The organization also bolstered its team by adding several staff members, including Super Smash Bros Melee commentator and content creator, Zak “Coney” Zeeks.
