EHOME announced on it’s Weibo account that their Dota 2 roster will be inactive moving forward. The team stated that the players will use this time to rest and recharge for the next DPC season.

The organization also announced that they will be parting ways with Jian Wei “xNova” Yap, making him a free agent.

It’s a different International without Xnova

Xnova competed in the last two Internationals, TI9 and TI8. In both of them, he competed with PSG.LGD. The team finished in second place in The International 2018, and third place in 2019.

Unfortunately, Xnova will be missing out on The International 10 this year. Several of his former teammates from PSG.LGD will be making appearances –. Wang “Ame” Chunyu, Lu “Somnus丶M” Yao, and Xu “fy” Linsen.

EHOME did not bring in good results this DPC year. During season one of the China Upper Division, the team finished in sixth place, and again in season two.

As such, the roster was unable to qualify to The International via invite. At the Regional Qualifiers, EHOME performed well. The team only dropped one game during their run in the upper bracket. There was only one obstacle left in the grand final, and it was Elephant.

Unfortunately for EHOME, they lost 3-1 against Elephant, and will not be attending the International this year.

Multiple other teams are also going through a reshuffle in preparation for their next DPC season.
