PRIZE COMPETITION POLICY (Riyadh Masters 2024 Pick’Em Challenge) 

Prize Competition Terms and Conditions 

By entering this prize competition, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. ONE Esports Pte Ltd (the “Promoter”) reserves the right to amend the rules of this prize competition at any time. 

  1. The prize competition is open to all aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize competition, and except residents of countries where participation to such game is not allowed under applicable law.    
  1. The prize competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.   
  1. Each person may enter the prize competition by filling up and submitting the Riyadh Masters 2024 Pick’Em Challenge questionnaire form hosted on https://www.oneesports.gg/pickem-riyadh-masters-2024 (“Questionnaire Form”). Each completed Questionnaire Form entitles one (1) entry to the prize competition. Participants acknowledge that all information submitted must be accurate, complete, and operational. Entries are strictly limited to one (1) entry per person, and any duplicate entries will be forfeited. 
  1. The prize competition opens on 1830hrs Singapore Time on June 27, 2024, and closes on 2359hrs Singapore Time on July 3, 2024 (“Prize Competition Period”). Entries received after the Prize Competition Period will not be considered. 
  1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. 
  1. Participants must answer four (4) questions in the Questionnaire Form. Each question is allocated a certain number of points. For each question, participants are required to predict an outcome according to the question. A question is answered correctly when a participant makes an accurate prediction, and the participant will be awarded points. Sixteen (16) winners will be chosen by the highest number of points accumulated. In the event of a tie, the participant who entered the prize competition earlier will win. 
  1. Winners will be announced on July 26, 2024, via a livestream on the Promoter’s official Instagram channel (https://www.instagram.com/oneesports/). 
  1. The winners will receive the following prizes in accordance with their placement:  
  1. Grand Winner: 12 Month DOTA Plus Subscription (1st place); 
  1. Tier 1 Winners: 6 Month DOTA Plus Subscription each (2nd to 6th place); 
  1. Tier 2 Winners: 1 Month DOTA Plus Subscription each (7th to 16th place). 
  1. Winners are not permitted to resell their prize to other parties. 
  1. Winners will be notified via the email address provided in the Questionnaire Form before August 2, 2024. Winners shall provide the Promoter with a valid Steam account for prize delivery. The Promoter shall have no liability for the winners’ failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for the winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If any winner does not respond to the Promoter within fourteen (14) days of being notified by the Promoter, then that winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner at its sole discretion. 
  1. The prizes will be transferred to the winner’s Steam account within forty-five (45) days of the winner’s response to the Promoter’s email notification. 
  1. The prizes for the winners are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 
  1. The prize is supplied by The Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so. 
  1. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 
  1. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. 
  1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner(s) or accept any liability for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with the prize competition and/or as a result of taking up the prize. 
  1. In participating in this prize competition, you agree that you have read and accepted the Prize Competition Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (http://www.oneesports.gg/privacy/). You also expressly grant permissions to the Promoter and its agencies to use information in your entry for purposes of advertising, editorial, promotional, marketing, trade and/or other purposes without further compensation and notice, unless prohibited by law. 
  1. The prize competition will be governed by Singapore law and entrants to the prize competition submit to the jurisdiction of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”). Any disputes in connection with or arising from the prize competition must be submitted to the SIAC for a binding and final ruling by a single arbitrator under SIAC rules.
