Passive – Windtalk
Vale gains one stack of Windtalk each time he gets a kill or an assist, increasing his movement speed. It can stack up to a certain amount.
- In the early stages of the game, participate in team fights or assist in securing pickoffs to accumulate Windtalk as quickly as possible.
First skill – Wind Blade
Vale unleashes two wind blades toward the left and right of a target area, each dealing magic damage to enemies hit.
- To clear minion waves efficiently with this skill, position yourself to the side and angle the skill indicator diagonally. By doing so, you can hit all the minions at once and maximize your farming potential.
- Don’t be overeager in hitting all minions with this skill as it can compromise your position.
Second skill – Windblow
Vale sends a whirlwind in the target direction, dealing magic damage to enemies hit and knocking them airborne for a second.
When the whirlwind reaches its destination, it will remain fora few moments while continuously dealing magic damage to enemies in range.
- Windblow is his primary crowd control spell, so it’s great to initiate your combo with it in the early game.
- Manually target this skill and make use of the indicator for a higher chance to hit multiple enemies.
Ultimate – Windstorm
Vale summons a windstorm at the target directionm dealing magic damage to enemies in the area and slowing them while continuously pulling them into its center. After a delay, the windstorm will explode, dealing magic damage.
The remaining whirlwinds will also be pulled into the center.
- Bear in mind that Windstorm has a delay before exploding. To ensure that this will deal damage to your target, hit them with Windblow.
- You can start your full combo with the ultimate to slow enemies and pull them into its center, allowing you to easily target them with Windblow.

In addition to Vale’s high movement speed, Flicker provides you with another way to chase down enemies or escape from dangerous opponents, particularly assassins who tend to target squishy mages.

During the laning phase, hit your enemy with Windblow quickly followed by Wind Blade.

To execute the full combo, start by casting Windstorm, as its damage has a delayed effect. Then, use Windblow to knock your target airborne before finishing them off with Wind Blade.
Remember to stay in the backline so you won’t be caught off guard by the opponents, enabling you to safely cast your spells.
