Updated on February 17, 5:17 p.m. (GMT+8): Changed Dehya’s character status to playable.

Since the release of Genshin Impact version 3.0, cosplayers have been looking forward to cosplay all the new characters from the Sumeru region.

Among these is Indonesian cosplayer Larissa Rochefort, who has fallen head over heels for Dehya, a 5-star Pyro character and the desert folk mercenary of the Eremites.

She was first introduced in the Archon quest Chapter III Act I – Through Mists of Smoke and Forests Dark as the bodyguard of Dunyarzad.

Archon quest Chapter III is associated with the God of Wisdom and the Dendro archon, Kusanali. These quests focus on the nation of Sumeru.

Beware! Larissa’s Dehya cosplay can slash you to pieces

Larissa looked fierce and feisty in her black and red criss-cross top and golden armor. Her arms are equipped with sharp, metallic prop talons, ready to pounce on anything or anyone who threatens to harm lady Dunyarzad. You can also spot her Pyro vision dangling from her belt.

The cosplayer’s black and blonde wig was perfectly styled to portray the character’s animal-like ears and pointed bangs.

“I’ve always liked the idea of strong women who works as mercenary,” Larissa said in her Instagram post. “They could do ANYTHING to accomplish their mission impossibles.”

Larissa has cosplayed plenty of Genshin characters in the past such as Mona, Ningguang, Yae Miko, the Raiden Shogun, and Lisa.
