WhosImmortal does offer the caveat that the meta doesn’t currently make snipers incredibly viable. However, we all know sniping can be a blast sometimes. So if you still want to hit some sick shots and pick people off from a distance, this is the one you want to use.

The Victus XMR is the sniper he suggests and it can be kitted out to be very dangerous. The goal of this build, according to the video, is to get the sniper to feel “as close to hit scan as possible.” He goes on to explain that it’s not an aggressive sniper, but for long-range sniping, it’s the weapon to use.

He starts off with the Bruen X900 grip to help improve the aim down sight speed in order to be able to catch enemies faster and before they get to cover.

For the optic, he selects the SP-X 80 6.6x to allow for both mid-range and long-range engagements thanks to the variability.

The .50 cal high-velocity ammo is, of course, focused on increasing the velocity to help aid the goal of the weapon feeling as close to hit scan as possible.

For the muzzle, he selects the Nilsound 90 silencer to once again help with the velocity along with some tuning for more of it and better ADS.

And lastly, the barrel is the Mack 8 33.5 Super. He explains that the Mammoth would be better when it comes to bullet velocity, however, it’s too slow to use over the chosen barrel.

With this build, your enemies will never know what hit them until it’s too late.
