VCT Masters Tokyo is giving players the opportunity to unlock in-game items while watching the best Valorant pros compete on the world stage.

The free Masters Tokyo drops include the “Unpredictable” title and the “VCT Masters Tokyo” player card, and they can be earned on different days of the tournament.

The second global Valorant LAN event will kick off on June 11, so make sure to tune in to add these items to your collection.

According to the official announcement, fans must connect their Valorant account with their YouTube or Twitch account and watch an official match on approved Riot Games channels. Each in-game reward has a specific time frame in which it can be earned.

The unpredictable title can be earned by watching any live game throughout the tournament from June 11 to 25. The VCT Masters Tokyo player card will be awarded to those who watch the grand final on June 25.

Step-by-step guide on how to unlock the free VCT Masters Tokyo drops

  1. Select which platform to watch the stream on (Twitch or YouTube).
  2. Connect your Valorant account to the selected platform
  3. Tune into the official broadcasts on either Twitch or YouTube.

How to connect your Valorant account to your YouTube and Twitch accounts

YouTube

  1. Log in to your YouTube account.
  2. Click on your profile picture to reveal the drop-down menu, then select Settings.
  3. Select Connected Apps in the sidebar.
  4. Look for Riot Games, then click “Connect.”
  5. A pop-up will prompt you to sign in to your Riot Games account. 
  6. Sign in to your Riot account to complete the process.

Twitch

  1. Log in to your Twitch account.
  2. Click on your profile picture to reveal the drop-down menu, then select Settings
  3. Click the Connections tab.
  4. Look for Riot Games under Recommended Connections and click “Connect.”
  5. A pop-up will prompt you to sign in to your Riot Games account. Sign in to your Riot account to complete the process.

VCT Masters Tokyo will begin with the group stage on June 11 and continue until June 14. The tournament shifts to the playoffs from June 15 to 21, and the finals will occur from June 24 to 25.
