100 Thieves star duelist Peter “Asuna” Mazuryk has named the international teams he is looking forward to go up against in the upcoming VCT Stage 3 Masters Berlin tournament.

After 100 Thieves qualified for VCT Stage 3 Masters Berlin, Asuna spoke exclusively with ONE Esports and explained why he specifically wanted to compete against these teams outside the North American region.

The first team the 18-year-old pro player mentioned was Vision Strikers. 100 Thieves gave the Korean squad high praise, for they’ve had their eye on them since the start of the Valorant Champions Tour.

He then mentioned the second Korean squad that qualified to Berlin, F4Q. “I watched their games when they were qualifying. They seem very interesting,” said Asuna.

When it came to Europe, he singled out Acend, FunPlux Phoenix, and Gambit.

“I’m really interested in playing against them,” shared Asuna. Of course, there is still the ongoing rivalry between North America and Europe, which is bound to be reignited in Berlin.

The last team he named was Gamelanders Blue from Brazil, for he thinks that they could be a fun matchup to play into. Even though Asuna wasn’t particularly impressed with Brazil’s overall performance during the VCT Stage 2 Masters Reykjavik, he is still interested to see how much they’ve improved.

Before 100 Thieves fly to Berlin compete against these potential international teams, they will first need to face Sentinels in the upper bracket final match, another squad that will represent North America at the VCT Stage 3 Masters Berlin competition.

The match will take place on August 14 at 5:00 a.m. GMT+8. Fans can watch the match live on Valorant’s official Twitch or YouTube channels.
